Our approach…
Market search India conducted structured personal interviews with target respondents. Target segment were retail investors and feedback from 200 investors was captured. Target respondents were selected using purposive sampling in Mumbai. 



From the study, we were able to trace the behavior of the retail investor in terms of risk and returns. The study helped to understand the preferences of investors related to stocks, shares, insurance, and mutual funds. It also helped to find the awareness level and the usage patterns for the customer’s investment. He study provided the position of the client vis-à-vis competition in the consumer mind. It also gave insights in terms of customer buying behavior and satisfaction with financial advisors.
