OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

The objectives of the study was to find the awareness about the mall among the visitors, also to know the frequency of their shopping and the product categories they wish to buy. As an add on we even tracked the overall performance of the shopping mall.
THE RESULTS
  • It was found that, accessibility and frequent traffic jams were impacting the visitor satisfaction level.
  • Visitors are fairly satisfied with the mall ambiance and product variety.
  • Total recall of the mall stood at 81%
  • The study indicated that majority of the mall visitors preferred to visit this mall over others.
