It is engaged in the business of manufacturing, supply and sale of steering systems, viz. steering gears, columns and RPS assemblies, axle assemblies and other auto ancillaries to almost all Indian passenger car and utility vehicle manufacturers.The client has 7 state of art plants and caters to key customers across India and in major auto clusters across the country.

The challenges surfaced when the client observed a decline in the overall work productivity. To overcome this challenge, they decided to onboard a third-party consultant to evaluate the current situation and suggest a corrective action plan to fix this issue.
