Our client is the largest manufacturer of electrical products in India with manufacturing facilities spread over 3 locations, employing about 1200 skilled workforce who manage the operations. The company reach customers through a strong Sales Force of 250 people operating from 17 branch offices. They wished to understand employee engagement/ satisfaction level to form better strategies for the employee and company growth
