Our Client
Our client is a global brand in the pharmaceutical industry, with more than 800 employees and a history dating back more than 100 years, producing nicotine chewing gum in 1990's they are known as the world leaders in medicated chewing gum manufacturing. They had a specific requirement of carrying out a employee engagement program for their organization. The main objective of this was to understand the level of engagement among the employees of the organization

Our Approach

In order to enable greater performance and increased engagement, we carried out a mix approach of online and offline interviews to measure satisfaction and analyze the pain areas among the employees with a successful completion rate of 97%. The study was conducted for 2 major locations i.e. Mumbai and Goa.

Highlights of the study
  • 50% of the total workforce was found engaged while 21% were not sure about their engagement. 4% were at high risk and looking out for other jobs
  • Performance, rewards and policies and procedures are very important in terms of keeping the engagement levels higher
  • Team & coworker relations had the highest index of 82%
Recommendation given: HR policies detailing CTC structure, other benefits like medic claim, performance bonus and leave policy, etc. should be well explained to new joiners.
