Background:

Our client is a global brand in the perfume manufacturing industry, with a customer reach in more than 90 countries had a specific requirement of carrying out a employee engagement program for their organization.

They needed a detailed module to evaluate the employees engagement and satisfaction level w.r.t. employee related practices, effectiveness of HR policies, practices, processes, pain areas or issues faced by the employees and suggest corrective measures to streamline the existing work processes.

Market Search India partnered with the client and helped them to establish a robust research plan. Market Search India with its “Employee Engagement Module” to evaluate the current situation and suggest a corrective act ion plan to fix the burning issues.


Approach:

In order to enable greater performance and increased engagement, we carried out the research with the help of online interviews to measure satisfaction and analyze the pain areas among the employees with a successful completion rate of 80% with 300+ responses received.
Top Highlights of the study: 
  • There was higher satisfaction seen on important  parameters like Efficiency, Communication, Process compliance, HR Policies & procedures and Talent acquisition.
  • Majority of employees are assured that HR is sensitive to emergency situations like COVID-19 and that such situations would not impact their compensation
  • Lower Satisfaction levels were observed in employee engagement compensation & benefits , implementation, L & D and Talent management
Recommendation:

HR team should understand every employee’s training needs and create IDP which would help in individual growth and also conduct various technical training programs for all employees.

This customized study enabled the client to gauge the employee engagement level and take corrective measures on the concern areas. This study also helped the client to identify the motivating factors to boost the engagement level.
